Shipping Policy

Our aim is to fulfil and ship your order to you as quickly as possible, with our products arriving with you in the exact condition that it left our manufacturers and printers.

In order to ensure the quality of our products is kept as high as possible and provide these to you at the very best prices, we make the majority of our products on demand from the best suppliers - These may be located around the world and not just from the UK.

Fulfilment of all orders is usually completed with 24 hours and then shipped directly to you using a third party courier service (Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, etc.)

Our clothing and branded accessories are sourced and printed mainly from our European (Latvia / Spain) or USA Facilities, but on occasions will be locally sourced from with the UK.

PLEASE NOTE that during busy times shipping can take up to 7 - 10 Days for products arriving from outside the UK.

PLEASE NOTE that some products are sent from various locations and may arrive in separate packages due to lead times of up to 2 weeks.

PLEASE NOTE - As with all our items, please allow a brief handling period to process your order (our current turn-around time on ALL ORDERS is currently 2-4 weeks. For orders outside of the UK this may be slightly longer due to postage delivery/handling times). Thank you for your understanding.

USE OF 3RD PARTY COURIERS -
Although we always try to select the most effective and efficient shipping services, and package our orders appropriately, please note that we do not have any influence over the couriers or shipping services shipment times or care they take of your ordered items. Therefore any claims against orders damaged during transit, delays or losses should be directed towards the appropriate agent.

*Please ensure you sign up for tracking when ordering and check your confIrmation email for the appropriate shipping agent and progress of your shipment. Please feel free to contact us if you have trouble finding this tracking information - although at busy time there may be a delay in us replying to you.
Nothing in the below policy will restrict us in trying to fully resolve any issues you may have to the full satisfaction to everyone concerned wherever possible.

PRIOR TO ORDERING -
PLEASE NOTE - Prior to confirming your order it is strongly advised that you check your order is correct;

  • Once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, such as shipment address, sizing, etc., please check whether such an option is available in your account.
  • We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis and the sooner you let us know the better.


ONCE YOUR ORDER IS CONFIRMED -

  • The risk of loss of, damage to and entitlement for the product ordered passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
  • It shall be your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product order was delivered.
  • In such case we will not make any refunds and will not resend the product at our own expense.
  • PLEASE NOTE - For Users in the European Economic Area the risk of loss of, damage to and entitlement for product orders will pass to you when you or a third party shipping service indicated has acquired the physical possession of the products.
  • If carrier tracking indicates that a Product was lost in transit, you may make a written claim for replacement of the lost Product in compliance with the Blue Line Tactical Returns Policy.
  • For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. All such claims are subject to our investigation and sole discretion.


DELAYS TO SHIPPING TIMES -

  • PLEASE NOTE - During extremely busy periods or during exceptional and unforeseen circumstances (Such as we have experienced under the COVID-19 restrictions) Our fulfilment times may take a little longer to process.
  • Shipping and delivery times are also likely to be severely effected during these times, leading to greater delays which are unfortunately completely beyond our control.
  • Please regularly check your tracking information (provided on your conformation of order email) for updates on your order delivery time as we are unable to provide you with an accurate estimated delivery time once it has left our manufacturers and printing facility.
  • Please be assured that we are working closely with all of our partners to ensure not only the safety of everyone, but to continue to support our online customers and bring you the best products as quickly and as safely as possible where we can.


SHIPPING DURING COVID-19 -
We have been assured from the latest government advice that no transmission of the COVID-19 Coronavirus is likely from handling products, parcels and packaging.

As noted above our fulfilment times will be longer than usual during the worldwide crises, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal.

This is an unprecedented situation we all find ourselves in and the entire industry is grappling with challenges of continuing to operate at capacity, whilst remaining safe and within government guidelines. We are experiencing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and in particular shipping carriers.

We thank you for your patience while we're dealing with these challenges, and thank you very much for sticking with us during this time. This isn't easy for anyone, but we're confident in both our and your ability to adapt and overcome.
